1. Ownership

All content on RoWave, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, code, video, audio, and other material (collectively, “Content”), is the property of RoWave or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to users by accessing or using the Services.

2. Limited License for Users

RoWave grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Users may not:

5. Counter-Notification

If your content is removed due to an infringement claim and you believe this was in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

• Your contact information.
• Identification of the removed material and its original location.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

RoWave reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights. Repeat infringers will be blocked from re-registering using the same email, IP address, or device where feasible.

7. Third-Party Content

Content from third parties displayed via RoWave Services is owned by the respective third parties. Use of such content is subject to their intellectual property rights. RoWave is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or rights violations of third-party content.

8. Enforcement and Remedies

RoWave may enforce its intellectual property rights through legal means, including civil or criminal remedies. Users agree to indemnify RoWave from claims arising from their unauthorized use of Content.
