Please read this agreement carefully before using the RoWave extension. By installing, accessing, or using the extension, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
RoWave Ltd grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the RoWave extension and associated software (“Software”) solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this EULA.
You agree that you will not:
The Software, documentation, content, and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of RoWave Ltd and its licensors. No rights, title, or interest in the Software or any associated materials are transferred to you under this EULA except for the limited license granted above.
RoWave may update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications.
This license is effective until terminated. RoWave may terminate your license immediately if you violate any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software and cease all use of the Software.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted use. RoWave does not guarantee the Software will meet your requirements or be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, RoWave Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from the use or inability to use the Software. The total liability of RoWave shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the Software in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoWave Ltd, its affiliates, employees, and licensors from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Software, violation of this EULA, or infringement of any third-party rights.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and RoWave regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral.
